It sounds like you've got a great place!  Would love to see pictures!  And the no zoning or codes is GREAT!  Just keep your own safety and health in mind (and your neighbors, depending on where you put your septic system or wnatever you do for waste disposal), and you should be just fine.

We are implementing a grey water system and using composting toilets. We are following a lot of info from the book “the scoop on poop”.... it’s a great resource. We are trying to be stewards of the land and only help the land thrive
