We will be offering a 10 day EcoVillage Design course at Sahale Learning Center this May 14-23, 2010. This will be a great opportunity to about the "Invisible" permaculture systems such as community dynamics, consensus building skills while learning how these relate to site planning for liveable human scale environments. Kees Koff from the Port Townsend EcoVillage will guide us through the myriad of legal structures that they have researched for their community. I will be discussing various EcoVillage and Community Master Planning projects here in the NW and in Italy and offering insights into the fundamental patterns which have proven useful if not essential to successful communities around the world.
