So I added mulch but now I’m having leaves grow but holes keep appearing can I use neem seed on the soil? Or is it to early and it will kill the plant

Annie they are to small to get a picture I can barely see them with my eyes until I start messing with the soil I tried taking a picture but the move really fast as well and once I stopped moving the soil they all disappear

Thank you guys for the reply I will be adding mulch and leaving it in the shade I was leaving it in the sun all day and it’s around 85-90 degrees where I live. I also was watering everyday but will try to do a big watering and then the mulch.

Please help me my blackberry leaves are browning and crispy I reported them after buying them from the store they were already grown with only leaves on them but ever since I repotted them the started turning brown and are crispy and crunch when touched. I can post a picture if needed, also when I move the pot I see little bugs crawling fast in and out the soil when I move the top layer of soil they start all spreading and I am able to see more of it I only pot about a week ago
