I recently purchased an old, overgrown farm near Murphy, NC, and am excited by the future potential. With retirement looming, my goal is to find an industrious and possibly experienced couple to build and operate this farm. Pasturing pigs and goats is important to me, as well as some produce. Other than that I am prepared to offer a clean slate for initiating whatever programs you would like. Cheese-making and meat-curing would be great additions. Fences are almost complete, and we will be building barns soon!
I can offer a 2 bedroom house, electricity, wifi, a vehicle, and a salary.
My goal is not to make this farm profitable, only productive.
