I'm not a professional cook, but I do have some training, and I am a great natural foods cook in general,  so I'd be willing to give it a go. I've worked at plenty of camps (counselor, lifeguard, sailing instructor etc.) and so I am familiar with the overall routine and large group expectations. Do you order from Azure?  I am also good at math so I think it wouldn't be too difficult to work out quantities. Glad to give it my best shot, anyway.

There is a guy in Russia who has online training for biodome/earthbag structures.  I heard about him through Yuri who posts on permies.com occasionally.  Alosha, and his wife Zoya are really into natural architecture and his latest project is a super cool house combining all the best in biodynamic living.  He is actually doing a live training in Russia in September.  https://www.bioveda.co/

Hi Doug,
I posted more photos as replies to my first post, and this one should probably just be deleted.  I am not sure why only one posted, and then none attached to this post but if you go to the initial post, there are a few more photos, not chronological,  and I could add a lot more.

Hello. I just bought a few bags of cooked charcoal hardwood (with nothing else added) for $12.00, and then put it in a plastic swimming pool with some urine as activator. Seemed like a good enough idea at the time. I did my PDC in Ireland with Albert Bates as one of the instructors and he showed us how to make biochar from scratch. I have too many projects going so thought this was a good shortcut plan... but he recommended the urine part to get the good bacteria.
