I tried growing Oyster and Milky mushroom few months ago. unfortunately it did not grow at all. Infact the spawn run was also challenging. Nevertheless, now that these straws are of no other use, i decided to spray waste decomposer into the bags. Now I am just waiting for these to turn into compost. My question to you all is, has anyone tried this before? Will these straw really decompose or should I just toss them off?

I had used the spawns of Oyester mushroom on wheat straws. I can see a lot of things growing here, but at the same time, a lot of fruits are drying up. I spray water on these almost 4 times a day. Is everything going well with these or am I missing on anything?

I have just got into the hobby of growing mushroom. Please pardon my noob language on the query below.

I got some mushroom fruiting bags a couple of weeks back. I was able to harvest twice so far. The first cut was good, and the second cut had a lot lower productivity. Now, it seems the growth is fractional. These bags are kept in the open air, outside in balcony.

I water these 1-2x a day, through a sprayer. ~50ML each bag.

These bags were procured locally. I am based out of Delhi, India. The weather profile is presented below.

Can someone please point what am I doing wrong? Are these bags about to die or can we expect a few more mushrooms in the next few weeks?
