I think I am having the same issue with mine. I bought mine directly from a potato farm in the Greater Toronto Area back in February 2021. I placed them in buckets in my room which is around 21 C. I see very tiny eyes but no distinct sprouts. By mid March 2021, I exposed them to direct sunlight and they got green but the eyes barely started coming out. I'm still hoping this will change later on.
