Hi, one of my chickens has the same problem. Her neck is all swolen and has a loss of feathers. She doesn't seem to be in any pain but she is struggling to coordinate her beak (she can't see very well) she is very old (3-4 years) but I do care about her alot and I just don't know what the problem is. It might me gape worm but I'm not entirely sure. If I could put a picture up I would but idk how hahaha.
