Bse is broken down by cow and not traceable in meat/ milk.
When the cow/ chicken was sick potential sick is heated in furnace the cow/ chicken will be neutralized so all sickness that chicken or cow had would be destroyed. Bones afterwards pulverized and also used as fertilizer ( bone meal)
