I crocheted a “dog snood” and sold it for $25+ shipping.

Forgot to get a good “halfway” picture of the creation process, but hopefully you can see that I did it myself. Also including pictures of the conversation between myself and the buyer along with her payment via Venmo.

It's been a while since I've done this type of work, so I hope this counts, but I could easily pick this back up if needed.

I worked as a freelance writer, creating blog posts and articles for a variety of websites. In most cases, I was given a title, keyword, or theme to work with and from there crafted an original article and delivered the content through Upwork, Fiverr, or email.

Including proof from Upwork showing I did over $3k on that platform along with several reviews from happy clients. Hopefully, that's enough to prove that the work was completed!

I (and my mom) make cat toys and sell them! These are almost exclusively made from discarded materials that I get by dumpster diving. Any stuffing comes out of tossed pillows and most of the fabrics are cutoffs from my mom's sewing projects (she also gets a lot of fabric free or cheap from friends or at garage sales, etc.). Socks and other articles of clothing are also used.

We have been selling primarily at local craft shows, but I have added them to one of my websites and am working on marketing the website so hoping to start getting sales that way soon.

Including pictures of me at one of our craft shows and some sales we made where people paid via Venmo (including the one with the pizza emoji, though I'm not sure why the customer added that as the note). Most sales were cash, but I think I have enough proof here for this badge!

I don't have pictures of us making them, so please let me know if I need more proof and I can make sure we get pictures next time we're making products.

It's not making much right now, but certainly fits the "less than $5 per year" requirement of this badge! I'll be making more soon and hope that this can qualify me for the other badges in the future!

I was looking to earn points for fixing an existing piece of furniture. We have a nightstand whose drawer fell out because one of the supports collapsed so we picked up replacement parts rather than tossing it. Before I start the project, I'd love to see if I can earn some points for it!
