Hello friends,
I am a continuous improvement engineer working to build a resiliant life in SW Missouri. My journey here started when I enlisted in the Marine Corps at 18. I spent 4 years as a machine gunner and when I came home in 2017, I wanted to remain dangerous. Along with improving my abilities to fight, I have also learned the importance of avoiding conflict and living a less dependant lifestyle. Those things are what has brought me here.
I took this rabbit hutch to my sister’s house in the next county. We ran one strap over the top to keep the front end down. We also ran straps around the back legs to prevent sliding side to side.
Second attempt with better evidence: I started making beef jerky to reduce the snacking I was doing at work. I let some friends try it and decided I would start selling at least enough to break even. Well now I’ve made over $500 in just a few months. Most of what I’ve made has been bottom round from the local deli down the road.
So I tried what I had on hand, which was grape seed oil and olive oil. I went with the olive oil cause it looked a little darker. I don’t see a whole lot of visible difference, but the knives I did were very old and dry. They feel much better now.
I bought a security system and made sure to include an additional smoke detector. Had to put the holes at a weird angle to make the detector align correctly.

This was the first time I’ve made tea before. It didn’t taste too bad. Mulberry leaf tea wasn’t on the list, but I believe it would still meet the spirit of this BB. If not, I’ll make more tea.
