Single, 24 year old male from North Brisbane(Campbells Pocket) , Australia.
I'm an avid mushroom dad, haven't had much luck and would really like some help. I would love to share my knowledge on natural buildings, hunting and skinning. I have been self sufficient for the last 6 years. Own some property and live off the grid in a hut that I built myself. Would love to make some friends, and maybe possibly some day find someone to share what I have.

What other types of Kimchi do you enjoy?

Hi all, I am looking for other opinions on the various types of kimchi you like. I've visited Korea and Japan and I feel like no matter what I do here in Australia I can never compare to what they do over there. I interned at a permaculture driven farm in Ibaraki(茨城県) and we made Sweet Plum Kimchi. It was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. So please, tell me what you enjoy.
