Hi Lou, I have been looking to get out of the city. Grew up going to friends farm and loved it. Felt out of place all my life, missing country. I am 59 with 3grown children,6 grand children. I have done construction, remolding, all my life. I have almost every tool needed to build a house. My Dream is to build a cabin and homestead but haven't been able to find partner to give it a go.
