Hello there!

My names Joe Hughey. I'm a 28 year old guy who is looking for a partner in life. I'm a conservative Christian who believes that love for my fellow human is essential even when I may not agree with their views. Family is important to me. My dream in life is to have a wife, kids, and plenty of animals and plants around us to enrich our lives.

A bit more about myself. I work full time (plus some) as a direct support professional for a developmental disability care non profit and love my job. The guys I work with might as well be family as far as I'm concerned. I own my own land (roughly 8 acres) with a house, barn, and pool. I'm the 3rd generation of Hughey to own it and I'm very proud of that fact. My mom lives in the house too. My dad left the farm to me and skipped over her so its only right. I love traveling and currently am trying to go on at least one trip to one new place each year. I think the Earth is the second greatest gift God gave to us (His love and salvation being #1) and want to be a good steward of it. I also love keeping fish and spend lots of time just hanging out watching my aquarium (only 1 currently but used to own 13).

I have a mindset of "dating either ends in breaking up or marraige" so I don't like beating around the bush. I'd like to meet someone who is interested in the old fashioned nuclear family structure. I work, wife takes care of the house, we both work together to raise a healthy family and farm. I love people who are independent but excited to include me in their interests and want to be included in mine. I want us to grow together.

I know I'm probably rambling but I've never posted anything like this before so I didn't know what to include haha.
Hello all it's nice to meet you! My names Joe. I live in eastern Missouri. I live on my family farm that hasn't been active since my grandpa passed. After my dad passed I got the farm and have been slowly working to build it back up. So far I've just got chickens and a garden but am working on turkeys and possibly pigs this year.

Modern society has been a poison for me. I've gone through alot of ups and downs and spent several years taking care of my dad after a stroke which while I am glad I did it caused alot of setbacks in my life.

I'm moving forward though and want to be better both as a man and a human in general.
