Good Morning all.
Just wanting to share some of our joy this morning with some puppy pics.  Our girl (GP) had her first and only litter of ten perfect little sausages on the 1st of March.  We're so proud of Sylvie - she's an excellent mama, attentive and tolerant of us watching and even cuddling her babies. The only one she won't tolerate is the dad (newfie).  We're not sure why, but everybody (ESPECIALLY dad) respects Sylvie rules.

 *Actually, there's 9 puppies and one baby polar bear, as you can see in the photos.

Yup, 10 pups is super fun right now, but I'm trying not to think about chasing all 10 around in a few weeks. Toddlers....ugh

I'M SO EXCITED!

I've been lurking here (sorry) for a long time, and a lot of you have become like Rock Stars to me!

I feel like I've been invited to the VIP club (thank you!) to hang out with the Beautiful People, lol.  😊

I live off grid near the North Shore of Lake Huron, with my partner, our cats, 3 dogs (Newfie and Great Pyrs), a week old litter of 10 pups 🐶, and a cranky Quaker parrot.  We're learning how to garden (thanks to our brilliant and patient neighbors), build with resources on our land (we have gorgeous clay! ), and I have 1 successful Rocket Stove under my belt. (Oh yes, I have THE Book)

We want to add chickens, horses, goats when we're ready for them - lots to learn first.

(I really hope this posts in the intros like it's supposed to! )
