This trailer was custom made for me for a Tiny House. It's 10’ x 20’ steel frame construction with a full galvanized underbelly pan’.
There is 6 inches of rock wool insulation, with 3/4” floor sheathing decking.
I put a coat of paint on the sheathing, and covered with 6mil plastic to keep the floor dry until the next phase.
