This trailer was custom made for me for a Tiny House. It's 10’ x 20’ steel frame construction with a full galvanized underbelly pan’.
There is 6 inches of rock wool insulation, with 3/4” floor sheathing decking.
I put a coat of paint on the sheathing, and covered with 6mil plastic to keep the floor dry until the next phase.
This Tiny House is ready to start framing your walls!

120” (10 feet) DECK WIDTH
240” (20 feet) DECK LENGTH
2" X 6" CHANNEL FRAME (3/16" THICK)

Welcome to permies, Joe!
You've provided some wonderful information, but I'm not sure you'll get much interest unless you give a bit more:
1. About where in the universe are you located? This *is* an internationally reaching site, even though it is anchored in Mainland USA. I am *not* asking for you to be precise, as that's against our policies, but Planet Earth's a big place!
2. Is the trailer licensable as is? Or does it already have a license on it?
3. Does it have wiring for road lights +/- the lights themselves?

Funny story about #3. We borrowed a trailer from a friend for a *very* quick job. Lights didn't work... Hubby was all set to spend hours he didn't have trouble-shooting, when I said to him - what about that set of lights you bodged up the last time we had an issue like that - can't I just zip tie them onto the back and it will do? Blank stare then,  "Yeah, it will..." It didn't have to be fancy or last - it just had to be legal! After we dealt with the big emergency, Hubby and Bill used Bill's brand new tester to learn how to trouble shoot the lights and now they're all fixed. Teaching Bill didn't save any time, but he's a bright guy who'd simply never done anything like this. Now there's one more human out there who knows a skill!

Sasparilla and fresh horses for all my men! You will see to it, won't you tiny ad?
