I love it.
It's great as a soup but also for cooking different kinds of risotto (I am Italian).
Say for two handful of bones I put the same quantity of carrots and onions, one celery stalk, 3 parsley stalks, 2 grain of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, one clove, one garlic clove, enough salt. I cover everything with water. Say two fingers up from the level of the ingredients. And I make it cook for at least 30 minutes.
It's delicious.
