we're a family of four looking to network and interview other potential members as we have 40 acres with 40 goats and water rights in Southern Colorado and want to collaborate with an additional family who would like to create their own Homestead at the top of our land.
With a memorandum of understanding or other binding document ( the Mondragon cooperative, Habitat for Humanity or Polyface farms type of agreement) The right family or group could invest with confidence and could build something that can be passed down... Irrevocable trust and opportunity to join other Living men and women with their sons and daughters.
We are looking for synergistic cooperation with core values such as Permaculture that includes traditional ecological values found in the seventh Generation Philosophy.
