This morning's thoughts at the Gazabin...




                    Who am I *really*?

•Consciousness (Universal LifeConsciousness)... the NowMoment

•On a less foundational and yet still important level, I am the vessel Lifeform: ByronHuman, inhabited by the Universal LifeConsciousness

•The ByronHuman can join/acknowledge the Universal LifeConsciousness in the NowMoment, and in that union/acknowledgment, and in all moments, the ByronHuman should, with *intention and awareness*, do his best to *honor and show gratitude* for the gift that the Universal LifeConsciousness has given him by inhabiting him.  The ByronHuman should strive to be worthy of this gift by performing at the highest level of enlightened Love, and these efforts should be reflected in his interactions with all other Lifeforms, and the Water, Minerals, Air, etc upon which he, all his Brothers and Sisters, and the LifeConsciousness itself depend.

I remember that who we essentially are, our core identity, is our conscious connection to the moment and to all that is, and that this connection is one that once upon a time, when we lived as wild animals, preserving the beautifully perfect jewel that is Earth, we came to naturally in our Emptyness and simplicity.

As understandably tempting as the fruit of knowledge was/is, and as difficult as it is to accept, this unending quest for knowledge, understanding, and technological advancement is ultimately a distraction and unhealthy detour from who we are and who we need to be... who the rest of Consciousness needs us to be

While other Lifeforms have been loyal to their lines, our species has strayed terribly from the script.

The Gazabin is the new Eden, wherein I remember myself.

I worried that the rounds would crack, become unstable, or rot out quickly, so I put in a LOT of extra work.  

First, I dug a trench 14" deep, then I gathered eroded sand from the red sandstone cliffs here and put down a two inch layer of sand on the bottom of the trench.  All logs were cut 12" long, and as I placed them in the trench, I shoveled in sand around them.  The logs never touch soil or anything organic, and with this strategy I hope to keep them from rotting out too quickly.  

It seems that I always do things the hard way.

More and more, as I spend my days at the Gazabin or travel around this beautiful planet spinning through the Universe, I contemplate what my true role is as a human and how I can ever more fully and authentically inhabit the Earth in the correct way.  

We sometimes talk about two species as having a symbiotic relationship, as though this were some rare exception to the normal solitary, independent path of an organism, when in fact there are *no* exceptions to symbiosis - *everything* is connected, and Gaia is one super organism with each chemical, virus, bacteria, algae, fungi, plant, and animal interacting *symbiotically* with each other and with the minerals, water, and weather around us.  

We have tried to, at once take ourselves out of Gaia and elevate ourselves above her, and through this inauthentic and unhealthy experiment, we have thrown our relationship with each other, and *all* our relations into disarray, and this dissonant approach has given rise to unnatural behaviors, diseases, and emotions and threatens our very existence.  

We need to once more fulfill our ecological role, recognize and embrace the Wild within us, and in so doing reap the rewards of living in awe and harmony with all others that comprise Gaia.

This starts by spending the majority of our time in Wild environments and, above all, being slow, curious, and compassionate.  Focusing on anything but our true needs is simply a recipe for discontentment, strife, and the waste of a life.

Essential to know about me and who I am looking for...

●  I live in my 460 ft² Gazabin, remotely in the forest, at an elevation of 7,820'.  Summer temperatures reach into the low 90's, Winter temperatures drop to below 0°
●  Being vegan is important to me philosophically, but I am open to a vegetarian partner
●  I am not a social person, but rather bond deeply one-on-one
●  I love animals, but choose not to have pets, as I don't care to compromise my life around their needs
●  I definitely do not want more children at this stage of my life, and I would prefer a partner without children (this is Workable criteria)
●  I am not religious and do not believe in a Christian God, though I find Jesus' teachings about love, compassion, and communism excellent guides
●  I am not a subscriber to conspiracies.  That humanity's baser characteristics describe many, and the lust for wealth/power defines much of our species' impact on each other and the planet is not lost on me, but I refuse to let that negativity cloud my life; there is simply too much beauty and wonder that I can instead make my focus in this one life.  "All powers have two sides, the power to create and the power to destroy.  We must recognize them both, but invest our gifts on the side of creation."
●  I am not comfortable with the world of "woo-woo.'  I place no importance in astrology, past lives, etc.  That is not to say that I have it all figured out, or that I am not open to learning new things - by no means
●  My political views are much farther to the left than that of the Democratic Party.  Racism, xenophobia, fascism, fear, hate, and imperialism are diseases that are not tolerable to me... come back when you are cured
●  I like to work and play in the beauty of Nature - sitting indoors all the time, possessed by the phone's screen seems a waste of a life
●  For the success of a long-term relationship, I believe I am most compatible with an intelligent, physically and emotionally strong, active, and fit woman between 40 and 52, preferably over 5'6" tall (workable)
●  Though I am not a fan of the pharmaceutical/Western medical industry, I did, ultimately, choose to be vaccinated for COVID-19.  I'm not convinced I'd do it again, though
