Hey everyone! i am new to this dehydrating game and started off with a homemade hamburger helper abd it went well! i cooked it untill the ground beef was hard! it cooled for a few hours then i put it in a air tight container! i took it out to put into ziplock bags for an over night hike next week but now the hamburger seems a little more moist than when i put it in! did i not dehydrate enough? can i put it back in? is it ruined? please someone help
