https://www.strombergschickens.com/blog/starplate-building-system) We grew tons of veggies for many years in the high Sierras, where my husband built two of them linked together, making it about 30 feet long. He put a door in the center of one of the long sides, and raised beds around the perimeter. We can get up to 15 feet of snow, so we can't use it in the winter, as we need the space for snow storage. But we were finally able to grow vegetables here in our very short growing season in Zone 7a!
It was in the front yard, and people walking by would often stop for a little tour. The most common comment was that they wanted one too!
Now that we're retired, I expect the parts will be put to use once again soon!
I can think of
all kinds of stuff I want to use it for now that I have the time!
