When the AC kicked on, the Delta 3 shut down. After asking Q's on the EcoFlow site, apparently the surge from the compressor was too much for the inverter and it basically tripped the internal breaker.

You could look into a "soft start" device for your HVAC, which will ramp up the current instead of the huge inrush.  Compressors are some of the most notorious inverter-breakers.

Hi all! I know figuring out the optimal series / parallel wiring for a charge controller can be a chore, so I created an interactive series parallel calculator.  

I added animations and visual cues to help the viewer better understand what's going on instead of just spitting out numbers

Size of the "packets" correlates to voltage - bigger packet higher voltage

Distance between packets correlates to current - the closer together the higher the current

I also added details like accounting for ambient temperature effect on voltage.
