Hello
For me, i find it very hard to have healthy diet because the body is something very complicated.
Especially today, with the poor quality of the food, of the seeds and the pollution everywhere! lol
From what I read about nutrition (and for me because everyone is different), I like simple natural plant-based diet, spices, fermented food (all of this bringing essential carbs, fat and proteins) without meat, milk, eggs, fried Stuff, bbq, ... Etc etc
As well, I found out about chrono-nutrition : you eat with your biological cycles (digestive system, microbiote in your intestine, sleeping cycles) and you cook the right way (like compost maybe
) and eat the right synergies of food...
I's like Permaculture but for your body
A lot of food that we think good is pretty harmful even organic !!
At the end, all of this is useless and not healthy if you are stressed or have bad lifestyle ^^
