This is not your average nanny job.
We are seeking a dedicated, adventurous, and resilient nanny to join our family full-time in rural Alaska. You’ll live and travel alongside a parent and child, spending time off the grid while also having the stability of a townhome on-grid as your base.
A couple will be considered, especially if one partner brings handyman or trade skills as there’s plenty of opportunity for work both in town and on the property.
What the Job Looks Like
Full-time role as nanny and family support
Frequent travel with the parent and child
Long stretches of rural, off-grid, hard living
Regular assistance on a remote property outside of town (think homesteading duties)
Townhome on-grid provided as a city base
