Paul, I'm a graduate student in China trying to spread the word about Permaculture. I know making videos is a lot of work and see your website is copyrighted, but I can't imagine not wanting to share with the largest population of (crippled) Internet users in the world. YouTube is blocked outright here, and recently VPNs and proxies don't work either.
What would it take to convince you to let me spread your videos to the rest of the world? If you get your videos to me, I will add subtitles and dub a few and post them on several ChinaTube sites. I would be posting them with links to permies (through google translate) and a new copyleft wiki and forum in Chinese.
Is it worth it? Just by labeling it with the words 'forienger' and 'american', your videos will see thousands of hits from bored college students and depressed lower class, leaving their own farmsteads behind for a factory job in the city. People don't know about permaculture here, but it's so close to Chinese tradition it's rediculous. A few new tools, techniques, and outlets to sell organics and this could start off with some amazing force.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to make my own videos too, but I have close to no permaculture experience and am not half as handsome as you are.
