Cob is a natural building material made from subsoil,
water, fibrous
organic material (usually
straw), and sometimes lime. You can build
cob homes, cob ovens, cob tubs, cob showers, cob kitchens...the list goes on and on.
For the 2023
PTJ, how about grading sand, mixing, testing, and building? Basic cob, fine finish cob. Finishing methods. Also including the use of natural paint, natural plaster, and natural dyes. Mostly from stuff foraged at the Lab.
