indoor gardening day

half assed holiday

we will build a beginners garden indoors

their are fewer variables and we have a better chance of success

we will be planting sweet potato slips in sunny windows, to grow greens and stems for salad and soup over the winter

a system of polyculture trays of buckwheat, sunflower, corn and peas will be set up to provide more greens daily

we will build and stock a jar rack for sprouting.

resources:  the ann wigmore books.  especially the sprouting book
