Recently somebody was considering the permies.com affiliate program, but they do not want to get paid via paypal.   One suggestion for an alternative was amazon gift cards.

Anything else?

I can pay people with paypal and there is no fee.

When I pay with amazon, amazon insists on using a credit card - so credit card fees are taken.
