I would rate this company 2 of 10 apples.  I'll update this when (if) I hear back from their customer support, but right now, I have to say, I'm very unhappy with the order I received from Bully Tools.  I like to buy American made tools whenever possible, and I needed a new garden fork and a stall fork.  I ordered them from Bully Tools, and I have to say, the quality and workmanship is worse than most Chinese tools I have bought.  The stall fork came with the tines all bent up and one weld broken.  I guess you could blame that on shipping, but the tines are so thin and flimsy, I don't know that you could transfer anything heavier than those shipping peanuts with it.  The garden fork is somewhat better, but I took pictures of the sharpening job on the tines to show the workmanship.  The welds have spatter all around them and it has rust on it already.  I'm very unhappy overall and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless their customer service is outstanding and they correct these issues.

Wow, looks very amateurish. Is it mild steel? Sadly, this is the state of many US manufactured items. I have found such businesses often have the same quality customer service departments as they have quality control departments.

Seriously? Was it manufactured by monkeys? Because that would be cool. Except for the welding I could make better products out of trash using simple hand tools. At age 8 or 10. Amateurish indeed.

I wonder what customer service can do?  They can't make better tools.  At best, they'll return your money.

You don't want any more of these, right?

Truly pathetic.

Yeah, even if they offer to give my money back, I will have to pay ship them back. It's just very disappointing to search around and try to find good American tools and end up with this. I have found some really excellent tools by doing that. The tools at easydigging.com are top notch and worth every penny. This, I'm afraid, was an expensive lesson. Maybe by putting it out there, I can save someone else some money.

I haven't heard anything from Bully Tools about my complaint.  Here is information from Bully Tools site that I wish I had read previously.  It seems to be exactly the opposite of the type of company I want to support:

Here is the most current update.  I found a 1-800 number for Bully Tools and talked to a very nice customer service rep there.  See gave me her personal email and asked that I send her the pictures of the tools directly.  It sounds as though she is going to refund my money for the stall fork and send me a properly sharpened garden fork.

I will update again when I know more, but so far, their customer service department seems like they are very willing to help resolve this.

Yet another update.  Bully Tools refunded my money for the stall fork and is sending me a new garden fork tomorrow.  They didn't even ask me to return the other tools they sent.  I was initially very disappointed in the company, but I have to say, their customer service is top-notch and I'm very happy with the way they handled this situation.

I got a broad fork from bully tools that left me rather disappointed as well.
The finish in the tines was damaged before I received it and the handles are loose no matter what I do.

I just received a tracking number from the new garden fork that Bully Tools sent me.  I'll update this with pictures when it arrives.

It did, I forgot to update this.  The sharpening of the tines still isn't really even, but they really handled the situation well.  My money was refunded for the stall fork and they sent a new garden fork.  They didn't even ask me to return the old ones, or pay for shipping.  I'm very happy with their customer service.
