Hey folks.

I need some advice on what to do with this billy goat.
He's getting into fights with the cattle. He smashes the shit out of the corral when he cant be by the lady goats.
And tonight we busted him trying to kick the babies away from my lady goat to drink her milk.

Anything that can be done with him other than butchering?

Or what would you do?

When he's not around the lady goats, does he have other goats for company?

It might be that he'll settle down if he always has a herd around him.

I would try keeping him with goats not in milk and seeing if he settles down. If he doesn't, then I'd butcher him.

I currently have 3.
Him, 1 in milk and 1 that im not sure if shes pregnant ir not.

Maybe try keeping him with the one that's not in milk, and see if that works. I'd be watching them carefully in case she is pregnant and he's too rough with her.

Hes very rough.
Absolutely not a gentle goat in any way.

Let him out to pasture?Trade him with someone that has a lot of pasture?Tie him to a stake or line separate from females.Hobble him.Castrate him.
