Anyone know of any overshot wheels that uses a recirculating pump to draw water out of tail race back up to flume? Any that I can go visit?

Why would you want to do that, other than as a decorative "tourist" presentation? It would use more energy than you get from running the overshot wheel.

To be able to turn my machinery inside the mill, using 3 500 gpm pumps, instead of a mill dam which is not a possibility at this point.

What is being suggested here, Brandon, is that it would be simpler and cheaper to run your machinery by some other method.

What is running the pumps that would keep your overshot wheel running? Assuming it's electric, just running your shop on electricity would be simpler and much more efficient. If you were running a belt drive shop, it would be more efficient to get a large solar electric system to run a single large electric motor than to run a pump to move water up to operate the overshot wheel to run the shop.

Maybe if you provided some more detail about your setup, it would become clearer to us.
