Hi, everyone! I have a beautiful, a little over 6 acre property that my family and I have lived and loved for 9 years that we are getting ready to sell. We have painstakingly took measures to make it a permaculture delight over the years. We have a gentle slope, that my husband went and dug many swales to keep from losing the topsoil. We've created water irrigation pipes so you can water virtually every part of the acreage (it's a long rectangular piece.) We dug a small pond. And, we have plenty of livestock on it giving the soil value. It backs up to a beautiful wooded hay field so there's some privacy on the back. Neighbors are great. Have a modular home on there built in 2020, and a storage building that's two stories. We have fruit trees planted, young, but maturing, of many different apples, pears, peaches, pecan, and figs, even planted some blackberries that took off and now grow wild.

I'm posting this to see if there is any interest out there in a world where people understand why we would have a property that's is permaculture friendly. We're just south in DFW, so if you still needed to work, it's a 40 ish minute straight shot into Dallas or Fort Worth. Any takers?
I'll add pictures as we finish up, and if there are any seriously interested. Thanks!

Yes, Dallas Fort Worth. We are south right in between hwy 67 and 35W, so you can get to either big city easily. Very convenient for a rural area.

I think he's gonna try to grab my monkey. Do we have a monkey outfit for this tiny ad?
