Eat a more tree-friendly diet. This is a big one - some diets actively
reforest the world! One way is to add more tree crops to your diet, especially those grown in healthy agroecosystems (e.g. with diversity, little/no external industrial inputs). Fruit and nuts are great nutrition sources. Other foods can be grown among trees (e.g. forest gardens), or simply with less harm to trees (conservation agriculture). Ask your local farmers or grocers to find out who's sustaining both humans and trees!
