we got lots o questions and i think it might be time to have a place just for rocket stove posts. it would make it easy to search old posts and make it nice for Erica and I to answer questions without having to go to three different forums.
thanks for permies, I dont think you hear that enough.

Hmmmm .....

I think you are right.

How about a forum called "wood burning stoves" which has a sub title of "with a focus on rocket stoves and rocket mass heaters"?

I would be glad to make you and erica moderators of the forum. There would be a long and painful task of moving a few hundred threads. If you are okay with the work of moving the threads (and maybe some of the current staff will offer to help move some) then I will make the change.

I could help with moving threads over. Might take a while, but I could do it bit by bit.

Works for me and Erica. We would love some help and since we have wanted to copy the old posts for a tech manual on rockets stoves it would serve us very very very well.

The new forum is created.

I am trying to remember how to upgrade somebody to steward.

I've moved a few threads over to get things started, but there are a lot more threads to move.

Ernie and Erica: congratulations, I'm pretty sure you both now have forum superpowers.
