odd title in email notice for receiving an apple

In my email notice for receiving an apple the title of the thread was odd.

The apple was for the spoon thread and that title was correct in the link, it's just the part in bold that seems mislabeled? where, as far as I remember and in another apple notification yesterday, have always had the same title listed.
This is a 'copy and paste' rather than a screen shot.

I happened to think that this could possibly be a working title if I worked on this thread originally behind the scenes back when I was on staff? I really don't remember starting it there though.....Maybe the trail of title changes stays in the system?  

No big deal of course, just odd.
