Ok.. We got 60 acres in South Colorado. Found this gem of property.  It's paid off yay!  We being living off and on our property.  Since this land is zone residential, recreational, and agricultural we being using the land as a homestead.  Most of the time spent here was mostly clearing since land is treed heavily.  Not to mention building soil. Have a couple walapinis.  We do have HOA that apparently is going after owners that are violating rules. We a few violations according to them easy fix is to simply move out the property.  I was told I wasn't obligated to build since it was zone agricultural.  I'm doing more research.  If you're knowledgeable in that area would kindly advice me.  If I start the building process we could actually stay here in out RV still my build is complete when we pay building permit.  It's strange the city is doing this at this point in time not just me the hired 3 more code enforcement people going after farmers.  I'm weighing out my options.  We might have to build and I prefer natural build such as cob, sand bag, earth ship, ferocement,  and stone work.  By the way we have so much stone on site for castle if we wanted.  Only need 1200 square ft. Are the requirements.
We are currently looking for advice too. Prefer someone that has experience on the building procedures of any natural buildings method blueprints.  What a journey this has being can't stress enough to do research and learn from other people's mistakes.  Thanks for any advice or if you like minded and want to work together you're like minded reach out.  We might be open in sale the property and move to another places where you can work with nature and against it.  If you have land in another country and would like to trade land.  This land is jewel. 2 canyons that meet in a V shape in the heart of the property really majestic rock formations. Moss rock every where treed and private.  It looks a a mini garden of the gods.  Any investors out there ready to grow veggies.  Or maybe your a land owner in another country that would that need help in their homestead we might even relocate.  We just want the best for us and our planet. May the force be with.   We have 15 days to decide.

I wrote you a pm. I’d be happy to join you guys, and feel we have similar spirit. I’d be learning about building (but I’m a big lover of alternative building like yourself) and I don’t know growing veggies in that particular climate, BUT I’m a mad researcher and make things happen, and I’m full of positive will power 😊 I’m growing a variety of food now in this climate. I do have land I’m paying off there, just a little piece in that state in the south(ish) so I’d love to make my way to the area and connect with others, as well as learn as I go. I can commit to time and effort and communal goals and would love to experience it all.

I hope to hear from you soon. Cheers!
