I have very hard well water (329 ppm) and had a thought so I will throw it out here.  Can I just add SEA-90 to my well water to soften it?  Maybe a couple cup fulls for each 250 gallons tote fill?
I will pump the water to an IBC tote so I can mix it with JADAM Microorganism Solution and then use a vortex mixer to add it back to the well water for spraying.
Any thoughts?

Unfortunately you cannot just add anything to water to soften it. Hard water means it has a lot of minerals, so adding SEA-90 minerals would just be adding more minerals.
You'd need to run your water through an ion exchange filter to get rid of the excess minerals (that I'm assuming you don't want because mineral deposits would clog up your spray equipment over time.)
Whole house softener systems are the expensive option, but if you're just using this water for spraying specifically then maybe you can get away with just buying a softening filter made to mount to a shower head.

I found a youtube video from Youngsang Cho (JADAM) that shows how to make a cheap and easy water softener.  He also provides links to where to get the parts.

We can fix it! We just need some baling wire, some WD-40, a bit of duct tape and this tiny ad:
