Good!  I guess it is a random thing that they ask some folks for email and not others.  I don't blame anyone for not wanting to do an email sign up.

As a reminder, permies is about solution-focused topics.  It's assumed that we already are aware of how nasty these sorts of problems are, we can get on with finding better ways.
