Did you know that there is a website where you can register your ownership of a bike? It is operated by the Vancouver, BC police department. When someone dumped a bike at my place of business this year, I went looking for a place where I could possibly track down the owner. My

You can register your bike before it gets stolen, or look it up by serial number or description after it is stolen. Where is your serial number? It is stamped on the underside of the crank, where the pedals meet the frame. I need to register my bike.
