I think this one makes sense. The elf car was a previous version. It didn't have enough power in hillier areas. I test drove one.

This Kar bike can haul another person and stuff. PLus it's electric hybrid.  Check it out:

I quite like the idea of these little quadricycles, there have been a few proposed over the years. They usually end up seeming a bit expensive for what you get however. Having one that would convincingly get up hills would be a benefit around here!
