"Understanding Batchbox Core Construction is all the information a first-timer needs to build a 6″ Batchbox core for yourself. Detailed lists of tools and materials. Suggestions on different building techniques and locations to find needed supplies. All critical measurements are supplied and upsizing to a 7″ or 8″ Batchbox is easily accomplished."
First, many thanks to Thomas for this book. It's exactly what I was looking for regarding the construction of a batchbox core. I blazed through this book in a very short time. It answered a lot of questions regarding things I "kind of" knew, but was very unsure of. The book is concise and simple to understand. I finally have a solid
enough understanding that I'm sure I could put this together pretty easily myself right now if I had the materials available. As it is, that will take some time, but I have no doubt I will be able to build a
rocket mass heater to install in the
greenhouse I'm constructing. This book really filled in the gaps for me, and I'm very grateful to Thomas for writing it. Top notch work and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of building a batchbox. Bravo.
