I dont know if you guys know Ernst Götsch and his work, but he managed to estabilish a 500ha food forest in brasil..

Thank you Gabriel. I was searching for examples of permaculture systems in Brazil, both modern and ancient, and ran across this video. I searched here and found that you had already posted on it. Wonderful work and a wonderful video. His work with building the soil through pruning is amazing. Do you have other examples in Brazil that you can share? Very much appreciated!
