This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB, you will acquire (probably purchase) fresh or dried garlic and make a vinegar infusion.

Minimum requirements:
  - Start with an identifiable sample of garlic
  - Herb must be fully chopped/blended/mashed to ensure proper exposure to vinegar
  - Make an infusion in vinegar
  - Make at least a pint

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
  - Identifiable image of the herb
  - Your recipe
  - Your ingredients in a labelled container, with the label also indicating the date

The recipe:

-6 garlic cloves
-3/4 cup rice vinegar
-1 1/2 cup water

A vinegar to water ratio of 2:1 and can adjust as vinegar sits for flavor.
