Has anybody on here made pizza in a rocket stove designed for making pizza, as well as made pizza in a wood fired pizza oven? How do they compare? In a wood fired pizza oven you have to get the floor temperature right or the bottom of the pie gets done before the top, then you have to hold the pie up with the peel towards the top of the dome to get it done. Are there less issues with the rocket stove pizza oven or are they about the same?

I'm wanting to build a rocket oven for making pizza. I want the temp inside to get to about 900 degrees. I am a total noob and need all the info I can get. Does anyone know if the dual chambered cob oven plans are for a rocket oven? I saw the video of it on youtube and know that it burns cleaner than a regular brick oven. Maybe the plans they sell for that oven are all I need???
