I have baked/burned off the built up gunk on an old cast iron frypan in a camp fire & then scraped the flakes off with a butter knife. Once down to bare metal, then season in a slow oven with avocado oil as it withstands high heat & hardens well.

My friend makes wonderful stir fries weekly with her leftovers. She taught me the secret to her rice was to fry it in oil till golden brown, before she cooked it in water. Never have sticky rice & has a lovely flavor.

Also found out from my older friend that often times with elderly there are no symptoms of a UTI. Oreganol capsules are yet another way to clear up a UTI. Oreganol is wild crafted oregano essential oil that is already diluted with olive oil & in capsule form to take internally. Oreganol is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, & anti-fungal.

Uva Ursi capsules also help, but my go to is normally homeopathic remedy, Cantharis 30c, works every time.

I recently read a wonderful book, "Beaversprite" by Dorothy Richards about her experience with creating a beaver sanctuary in upstate NY. Incredibly detailed in the personalities & character of beavers. They became very friendly & were treated like family. Very enlightening & excellent read.
