COMING UP ON THE END OF MY TIME HERE//Wife and I have got a damn good start on a nice little permaculture farm here in SE Arizona. passive solar tiny house designed by Aggie [wife] works very nice, water catchment system, small high tunnel, greenhouse ,chicken coop, loafing shed, shop trailer etc///totally off grid but have internet, couple dozen fruit and nut trees and so on.
To put it bluntly I am dying and I need a sensible, capable guy or gal to help out and take over..
We have 3 5 acre pieces 2 of them adjacent and one 1/8 of a mile away good  solar on the developed one..We offer a piece  5 acres of your own land or a full partnership in the whole thing for the right person,
HOPEFULLY i will live another year or two but the big C decides for itself..
There is  an older motor home with us in zone one we use for company and wanted to fix up/easy place to stay forever or till you build your own
Not sure this is the right place for this announcement/if not please put it where it belongs..GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT GUY.
OR GAL
thanks

Would love to meet you//if you are vaccinated// we are upgrading our solar array this week basically doubling our system/also fencing new adjacent 5 acres/ab]nd another 1000 ft away//it has been a very rough 2 yrs with the heat and drought but they say rain for the next week every day//lot nicer here than the junction we are at 4,280 ft elevation so quite a bit cooler than the valley//do you have a r.v.? we have one old one we plAN TOFIX UP AS A GUEST HOUSE BUT NOT ON TOP OF LIST....myt phone is 928-301-9165 if you care to call//or we can use pople message here..we  are older too and that apeals to us//some kids come around for a week or two and help a lot but no one seems ready to settle down yet..
give us a shout out

We have 3/ ,five acre plots have been working on one for a few years..getting ready to fence the next one which is alongside the present one//the third is less than a quarter mile distant..This is had land to work but really beautiful just at foot of mountains in SE Arizona. We are an older couple and have limited ability on the work front although we have done all the work here building tiny earthbag house water catchments etc fencing and crossfencing//so a long way from disabled...We would like to find like minded permies that are seeking a place in a semi-arid climate, and have the ability/income etc to develop the piece 1000 ft away..For the right folks we can work off the cost of  the land/but that would have to be talked out. There is a goods farmers mkt on weekends where produce etc can be sold//the climate is pretty nice//if as predicted the monsoon returns this year, we will get a lot done..Hydromulching native grasses prepareing  gardens etc. plus we will have our first fruit this year..
Please do not hesitate to ask questions//we are fussy, but seriously seek help....Finances can be worked out as long as you are not a burden.
