Looking to start a small group in Southern Oregon, outside Grants Pass-Cave Junction area. 20 acres with a year round creek near the National Forrest boundary. Must have or be able to engage in a viable income generating work. Rent is affordable and work exchange available. What sort of drop, difference in height from one point to another do you have. Not sure, seems as though you will have some sort of issue with .gov regulations pertaining to putting something in the river, or diverting water from the river.
