Where to find a manual compost bagger (very low tech)?

Hi,

I am planning to bag composted manure that I purchase from a large composting operation nearby. I am looking for a manual bagging device where I load the compost into basically a funnel type container (on four legs) for easy bagging. It would be good if the funnel has some type of screen inside so I can avoid bagging chunks (I'll just push the chunks through the screen with my hands). I expect to bag only about 100 bags a week so I just need a very basic device. Everything I am finding online is way more sophisticated than my requirements. Anyone have an idea where I can find what I'm looking for? I may have to ask a welder to make one for me.

There's a local quarry that had a neat way of filling very small gravel. A stove pipe is placed in the bag while its is open but laying flat. Fill the pipe. Lift the bag, pull stove pipe out.

With compost i'd swap out the pipe for something bigger. Like a 5 gallon bucket with bottom cut out.

The key would be that the bucket is sized for the bag. Once bucket is full you are done.

The bags looked like sand bags. A wire tie closed it off.
