    They tested the French marigold (Tagetes patula L.).

    I am not surprised. I have made room in my garden beds for marigolds for years. 💚 They are fabulous companion plants for tomatoes.

    Thanks for the clarification. BTW here in the Netherlands we call Tagetes "Little Africans"
